The debut introduction to BUTTERBRAIN, this album was recorded half with one group of members and half with a different group of members. After recording some new material featuring Ronald "Sunshine" Kornegay on vocals and drums, upon the breakup of original funk/rock pioneers White Trash in the mid 90's, Aaron and Ethan Collins, Chris Arbisi, and Terry Thomas left the material "on the shelf", due to the sudden passing of Ronald Kornegay. When the time felt right, several years later, Aaron recorded a new batch of songs with Craig LeBlang on guitar, Eric Brodin on bass, and Paul Vercesi, Kevin Batchelor and Ben Clapp on horns. This debut album features the entire batch of songs in a new full collection, introduced as BUTTERBRAIN.
